Cold. Clear. Full moon. The big girl blouses’s stayed at home near the heater and Mummy; the real Hashers appeared at Bucasia and took on the very demanding run set by Tonto. WE all took off from the venue; plenty of chalk marks, not a hill to be seen, no water, no mud, hold ups due to serious roadworks, a piss stop late in the run organised by Lassie, and still most of the runners took the sort cuts! I really don’t understand what is going on. Are we a running group, or are we a drinking group? Seems to be neither!!
Back to the venue; some nibbles, a few drinkies, the circle and a few jokes , a few charges, a history lesson extending from 1775 to the present day, and then a great feed of cottage pie and stewed sausages. A bit of yap, a few beers, a laugh or two and then on home to the Boss.
