Seems like a lifetime away, hence I have very few memories of what happened but it went a bit like this: A bunch of hashers turned up at Snot’s joint, milled around for a while, before Snot decided to send em to the piss stop, about 7ks away. Zorro and myself decided it would be kinder to our feet if we returned to the beer. And so, we pushed back from whence we came, just in time to see the frontrunners return about an hour later.
In the absence of the Monk and Monkee, the GM decided to hand the Monk duties to U Turn, who managed to burst into literally uncontrollable laughter at a joke she was trying to tell. Impossible ! There was the usual bunch of charges, including one for me for being a returning runner, after being confined with a massive dose of the flu. The rest I don’t remember, but the piss stop leftovers seemed to be heading in all directions.
Circle bullshit over, we were introduced to Snot/Insex ‘s culinary delight…. Curried fish, vegies and stuff. The usual banter was on display, until we all waddled off home.
Next week it’s our turn at our favourite venue Mossie Park, er, I mean John Breen Park.
