A rather small band of 16 hardy hashers turned up at Golly & Raggedy’s abode keen for the usual action on such nights. Being still on the injured list I did not complete the full run but at the compulsory vote I was informed that it was indeed a good run. I had to take this as gospel. Stand in Monk (Pensioner) tried hard to emulate the feats of Smut but he needed a little prompting along the way. Nevertheless we proceeded with a few charges, some jokes & a bawdy rendition of the club song. Yummy nosh was eagerly gobbled down by the hungry pack then we called it a night.
