15 hashers gathered for our 2072 run set by trailmaster Daffodil at far beach (illawong) park.
The run was originally to set by Golly, however he had a bad case of the lurgi so was unable to set it.
The music was supplied by the beach volley ball arena, plenty of rock and roll, which set the scene for a rollicking run.
The run was set in chalk and was clearly marked (apparently) as everyone made it back safely after a wander around the streets off East Mackay.
There were a few noticeable absentees , the monk, the monkee and the choir master, so we had to make do with the circle being run by the GM and the songs led by Blurry with the aid of Tarzan.
The hare received his down down for the run, charges were made, jokes told and finally the song was sung with not too much gusto as the wind was a bit on the chilly side.
Metro a returning visiting runner made an appearance and Nicker Licker received a T-shirt for his 500th run. A great effort Nicker.

Just a reminder about the over 100kg run, it will be at Delisssssshhhhs place on the 19th of June, wear you t-shirt and be prepared for a pie and beer.
The Xmas in July party is up and locked in so make sure you have booked in to the Barra Club.
